Yes. Every course tier offers a 3-payment installment plan at no extra cost. Select the payment plan option at checkout.

Sessions are 60-minute video calls scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. We use screen sharing for live feedback, and you'll get homework between sessions. You also get async Discord access to your mentor for quick questions.

Yes. You can select your preferred mentor Mustafa or Björn when booking. If you have no preference, we'll match you based on your goals and their specializations.

No problem — just give us at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without notice will count as completed. We're flexible with scheduling across time zones.

Mentorship packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Before the first session, you can request a full refund.

Yes. We sign NDAs as standard practice and have worked under strict confidentiality with AAA studios. Your project details remain completely confidential.

Depends on scope. Small-to-medium VFX packages typically take 2–6 weeks. Larger engagements or embedded artist placements can run for months. We scope everything during the discovery phase so there are no surprises.

We offer both project-based pricing fixed scope, fixed price and time-based pricing daily or weekly rates for embedded artists. We'll recommend the right model based on your project during the discovery call.

MadVFX AB is registered in Sweden. We operate remote-first and work with studios and students globally. All courses are in English.
